CLINIC MEASURES FOR COVID

 

We sympathize with those individuals and the families impacted by COVID-19.

Through these difficult times, more than ever, we are humbled by the incredible strength, and resiliency within all of us.  It is with gratitude we want to acknowledge your patience through this process and we are grateful for your continued support.  While we are all emerging from these challenging last few months we hope going forward to have the opportunity to help work with you to achieve your wellness goals.

 

What an encouragement it is to see much of our province moving on to the next phase of reopening.  As we look to the next leg of this journey together, we are committed to caring for the health and well-being of our community, patients, and team members.  In our efforts to remain responsive to the current status of COVID-19 in Ontario, we have been proactive in following the direction of Public Health and experts in the field.

 

Further to the best practices that we have always followed for patient safety, we have implemented additional procedures and policies designed to keep the health of our patients, employees, associates and visitors to the clinic as our highest priority.

 

  • Pre-screening of COVID symptoms for all in office visits.
  • Reinforcing our existing standards and operating procedures for health safety and personal hygiene.
  • Enhanced sanitation procedures of all high touch surfaces in our clinic including guest seats, counter tops, door handles, pay pads, light switches, and restroom.
  • Glass partition shield at front reception.
  • Frequent hand washing and glove use as indicated. Gloves are available for visitor use if required.
  • Facial covering used by staff and practitioners. We encourage that you bring along your own to use at your discretion.
  • Kindly accepting ONLY scheduled appointments and call ahead for supplement pickup (i.e. no “walk-ins” at this time).
  • Offering the option for curbside/contactless pickup for supplements.
  • Modification to scheduling to accommodate fewest number of people in the clinic to safely respect social distancing.
  • Monitoring our teams’ health closely and put support systems in place to help anyone who may become affected by the virus.

 

We will continue to do everything we can to provide the best experience possible for you when you visit the clinic.  Thank you for your patience with the process and for helping us to keep everyone safe.
